Project description:

The project partners have already executed a successful V4 Small Grant project where they created the expert base of their continuous cooperation. As a result of their common way of thinking, the partners have concluded that the issue of dual training and exchanges of apprentices and young people should be further considered in specific professions and concrete business professional relations should be developed among the members of SME organizations. The main aim of this project is to organize 1-1 workshop in every V4 country in a given profession. The professions where the workshops will be organized are the followings: metal industry in Hungary, construction in Poland, wood industry in Slovakia and glass sector in the Czech Republic. A 3-person trade delegation will take part at each workshop from every participating V4 country. Every delegation will consist of a craftsman who provides practical training and bearing a leader position in the professional association, a teacher from a vocational school where theoretical and supplementary practical training is provided and a representative of the participating SME associations who take care of relations in the field of dual training.

A 20-page summary will be compiled at the end of the project where all the experiences, best practices will be summarized. Creation of broader business relationships in these four craft professions between the SMEs of V4 countries is also one of the objectives of the project.
