08 Jan Innovative Training System for Young Entrepreneurs base on case studies ENTREPRENEURS 7×21
Since autumn 2015 is AMSP ČR a member of the project consortium dealing with the development of a training program for young people – potential or young entrepreneurs. Association through its active participation in this project continues it its already established wide range of activities related to the promotion of entrepreneurship for young people under the auspices of the umbrella project „Svou cestou – Young Business“.
This project is implemented and co-funded by the programme ERASMUS +, in particular in the area of Key Action 2 – Strategic partnership for adult education. As already stated, participation in this project is fully in the overall concept of supporting young entrepreneurs by the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic as one of its key priorities.
The project will be implemented in the period from 1.10.2015 to 30. 9. 2017 when all final outputs of the project will be released for free use. Leading partner is an organization from Timisoara, Romania, and other project team members instead of the AMSP ČR are organizations from Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Spain.
The project will focus to the creation of an educational methodology applied to the development of the most important competencies (selected 7 competencies) important for successful business and to develop the ability to adapt to a constantly changing economic environment. Another outcome of will be creation of the set of 21 inspirational case studies demonstrating examples of good practices and exemplary application of managerial and entrepreneurial competencies in real situations, in order to inspire and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit in young people to entrepreneurship and encourage them to do business in general.
